1. Download and print the Admission Form.
2. Fill in the required information
3. Attach a photocopy of candidate’s birth certificate to the form
4. Submit the completed form to the school at Km 11, Idiroko Road, Opposite International Distilleries (Chelsea), Ota or other designated centres listed below.
